What would happen if all things created by humans would disappear? A lot of death and diseases would result in the short term but supposedly the world would be built more cleanly and more efficiently in the long term. Rebuilding from scratch would lack monuments like the pyramids and the Great Wall of China. In terms of society there would be little discernible change because we would still have the intellectual universe and, as individuals, our own intellectual cosmoses. Our ability to manipulate the physical world would be almost unchanged. What would happen if all humans disappeared but all things created by us remained? At first wolves and bears would be afraid to enter the cities but after a few generations the surroundings would look like humans had never existed.
When intellectually more evolved species disappear, more data is lost than in the case of the disappearance of lower level species. Conversely, more data will be created by intellectually higher level species than lower level ones.
It is in our interest to determine and describe sign systems of different species and transcribe them into the intellectual universe while simultaneously categorizing them.
